Located in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Worker. I received my Master of Clinical Social Worker from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to my formal education I have received  formal training, advanced courses, workshops, and seminars in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Throughout my career as a clinician working in many different settings within the healthcare sector I have had the privilege and honour of  helping thousands of people like yourself, who through their struggle with emotional and mental health issues have had their lives disrupted. My goal is to help you reach your full potential, free yourself from obsessive and dark thoughts, learn the root cause of your inner struggle,  develop effective strategies to deal with life stressors, and discover and grow your inner strengths so you make long lasting positive changes.

 I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make during our time together, because I create a safe space for continued feedback .

From prior child protection experience and extensive  knowledge of family law have enabled me to help parents caught up in the custody litigation. I have helped mothers and fathers navigate and survive an emotional process. I can help you deal effectively with such situations and offer you meaningful support.
